Sierra Leone Educators Association is a registered non-profit, youth-led organization committed to advancing quality education, children & youth empowerment, and community resilience in Sierra Leone. SLEA was founded in May 2022 with a mission to empower educators, uplift students, and strengthen communities through innovative programs and multi-sectoral partnerships that create sustainable pathways to quality education and youth development in Sierra Leone.
